EPD Pricing
At P3 Optima, we aim to become the global leaders in sustainability driven industry by bringing together the 3P’s of sustainability that would assist businesses, communities and environment to adapt with each other. Our EPD pricing plans are not only competitive but they aim to promote the benefits of EPD generation and build a better tomorrow for everyone. We will charge you for the work we do and nothing more. Hence, we do not have an annual subscription fee you would need to pay. If you have a new product, we will add it to the existing EPD for a minimal fee. The prices given below include all your products of similar class from a given facility.
Step-1
Initial Reporting (US $7,500 - 10,000/facility)
Gathering Data
We will work with you to gather the data required for developing an EPD. Upon signing the contract, you would need to fill in an online data form in order for us to generate the LCA. This data will be related to your product’s raw materials and processes required to manufacture it.
Third Party Verification
The data provided by you will then be verified from a certified 3rd party verifier who will make sure that the data being fed into the LCA calculator is correct.
Generating Detailed LCA Report
Once, the calculations have been carried out, these results will be used to generate a detailed LCA report and a summary EPD report.
Generating summarized EPD report
Once the hot-spots have been recognized, these findings will be used to generate a customized report and bring clarity about the key areas of the value chain which could potentially be targeted to improve your product.
Third Party Verification and Certification
The summarized EPD report will then be independently verified by a licensed consultant whose credentials will be printed on the final EPD report.
Registering your EPD with the P3 Optima Program Operator
Your EPD will then be registered with the P3 Optima Program Operator and your product could then be manufactured with the P3 Optima Program Operator logo.
Step-2 (optional)
Add an additional product to the EPD (US $500/ product)
What type of product can be added?
If, after generation of your EPD, you manufacture a new product which has the same ingredients/raw materials and manufacturing processes to the original product but has different compositions of those raw materials, you do not need to generate a new EPD. In fact, we will add this product to your existing EPD for as low as $200 only*.
For Example
After a complete and verified EPD report of a concrete mix plant has been generated, and if you would like to bring in a new concrete mix design or change your existing mix designs, you do not need to create a new EPD. We will add the new product to the existing EPD for a minimal fee.
* The price depends on the product category, the number of products and facilities to be assessed and level of automation our LCA tools have been developed for a certain product. Our goal is to expand our level of automation and make it economical for every business owner.
Step-3
Renewing Your EPD Every 5 Years (US $2,000 - 7000/ Facility)
Updating Data Inputs
We will contact you again closer to your EPD expiry and work with you once again in re-gathering and updating the existing input data for your products.
Third Party Verification
The data provided by you will then again be verified from a certified 3rd party verifier who will make sure that the data being fed into the LCA calculator is correct.
Regenerating Detailed LCA Report
Once, the calculations have been carried out, these results will be used to generate a detailed LCA report and a summary EPD report again.
Regenerating Summarized EPD Report
A new summarized EPD report will be generated and sent for verification.
Third Party Verification and Certification
The summarized EPD report will then be independently verified by a licensed consultant whose credentials will be printed on the final EPD report.
Re-registering your EPD with the P3 Optima Program Operator
Your EPD will then be re-registered with the P3 Optima Program Operator and your product could continue using the P3 Optima Program Operator logo.
Sample EPD Report
P3 Optima has developed an EPD tool that auto-generates reports in a very user-friendly format. The P3 Optima EPD reports are auto-generated and locally hosted on a private server instead of the usual PDF format reports. Only P3 Optima clients have access to their complete reports in order to keep their information and data of their product recipes safe and secure. A sample EPD report can be viewed by clicking here.
